Vyral helps you generate short-form slideshow videos from a prompt and, if you connect the relevant accounts, schedule and publish them to platforms like TikTok. Features may change as the product evolves.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use Vyral.

You keep ownership of the prompts, images, and videos you create with Vyral. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content so we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload or use as a background, including images pulled from connected accounts.

Vyral can source background images from third-party sources, including Pinterest. These images may be subject to copyright held by others. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any image in the posts you create or publish, and you agree not to use Vyral to reproduce or distribute material you are not permitted to use. We remove infringing material on valid notice, as described under Copyright below.

If you believe content available through Vyral infringes your copyright, email us at muhammedeliwat@gmail.com with the work you say is infringed, the URL or location of the material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and may remove content or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

When you connect an account such as TikTok, your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms. You agree to use those connections only in ways those platforms permit. We access connected accounts only to perform the actions you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you publish through Vyral and for following each connected platform’s rules, including TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner; Vyral is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

You agree not to use Vyral to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Create or distribute content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates a connected platform’s rules.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Vyral is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or discontinue features.

To the extent permitted by law, Vyral is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Vyral at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
